Multilayer Varistor (VDR) for Transient Voltage Suppression

Component Overview

Varistors, also known as Voltage Dependent Resistors (VDR), are nonlinear components used for transient voltage suppression.
They provide overvoltage protection by clamping surge or ESD energy when the applied voltage exceeds a defined threshold.
