TS04A Axial Metallized Polyester Film Capacitor – Electrical Characteristics and Applications

Component Construction

The TS04A series is an axial metallized polyester film capacitor using metallized polyester film as both dielectric and electrode. The element is encapsulated with flame-retardant plastic and epoxy resin to provide mechanical protection and environmental resistance.

• Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +105 °C
• Capacitance range: 0.033 ?F to 68 ?F
• Capacitance tolerance: J (±5%), K (±10%)
• Rated DC voltage: 100 V, 250 V, 400 V, 630 V
• Withstand voltage: 1.6UR for 2 seconds (1.5UR for 5 seconds)
