Holiday Schedule
Due to the upcoming Chinese Traditional Spring Festival in 2019, Suntan factories will be closed from the end of January to mid-February. During this period, production operations will be suspended.
The sales office and Hong Kong warehouse will remain open, except from February 5th to February 7th, 2019.
Lead Time Impact
During the holiday season, production lead time will be extended by approximately 3–4 weeks compared to the normal schedule. Customers with delivery requirements in March and April are advised to arrange purchase orders in advance to avoid production disruption.
Procurement Planning Recommendations
- Review demand forecast for Q1 and early Q2 shipments.
- Confirm material requirements before factory shutdown.
- Allow additional buffer time for production and logistics.
- Coordinate shipment planning with internal manufacturing schedules.

Suntan manufactures capacitors, trimming potentiometers, varistors, diodes, bridge rectifiers, and switches. Production planning during seasonal shutdowns is essential for maintaining supply continuity.
