Suntan 2016 General Holidays Schedule for Sales and Warehouse Operations

To ensure seamless supply chain management and procurement planning for our global partners, Suntan Technology Company Limited hereby announces the 2016 holiday schedule for our Sales Department and Hong Kong Warehouse. We recommend that all engineering and procurement teams review these dates to optimize inventory levels and lead time expectations for all types of capacitors.

2016 Holiday Schedule and Operational Status

Please note that our Sales Department and Hong Kong Warehouse will be closed on every Saturday and Sunday, in addition to the following public holidays observed in 2016:

• Lunar New Year: Feb 8 (Mon) to Feb 10 (Wed)
• Good Friday and Following Day: Mar 25 (Fri) to Mar 26 (Sat)
• Easter Monday: Mar 28 (Mon)
• Ching Ming Festival: Apr 4 (Mon)
• The Day Following Labour Day: May 2 (Mon)
• The Birthday of the Buddha: May 14 (Sat)
• Tuen Ng Festival: Jun 9 (Thu)
• HKSAR Establishment Day: Jul 1 (Fri)
• The Day Following Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival: Sep 16 (Fri)
• National Day: Oct 1 (Sat)
• The Day Following Chung Yeung Festival: Oct 10 (Mon)
• The First and Second Weekdays After Christmas: Dec 26 (Mon) to Dec 27 (Tue)

Supply Chain and Logistics Considerations

As operations will be suspended during the aforementioned periods, we advise our clients to incorporate the following into their project timelines:

• Lead Time Management: Anticipate potential logistics bottlenecks during peak holiday seasons (especially Lunar New Year and Christmas). Place orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance to maintain production line continuity.
• Technical Coordination: Verification of electrical characteristics and component selection should be finalized before the holiday commencement to avoid delays in technical support.
• Warehouse Logistics: No shipments or cargo receiving will be processed at the Hong Kong warehouse during these dates. Ensure your freight forwarders are notified of these specific closures.
