Y Safety Ceramic Capacitors for Line-to-Ground EMI Suppression

Y1 and Y2 Classification

while Y1 capacitors are rated for 400 VAC environments requiring higher insulation performance.

These values are selected based on required common-mode noise attenuation and allowable leakage current.
