National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Notice

Holiday Arrangement

In accordance with Hong Kong Government regulations, Suntan will be closed on October 2 and October 5 for the Chinese National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays. There will be no extended holiday arrangement.

Operational Impact

During the holiday period, email responses and request processing may not follow the standard response timeline. Communication will resume within approximately 3–4 days after the closure dates.

Delivery and Order Planning

• Confirm urgent shipment schedules before the holiday
• Review production lead time requirements
• Place orders in advance to avoid delay
• Coordinate delivery instructions early

Customers are advised to review project timelines and component demand before the holiday period to ensure continuity in manufacturing and logistics arrangements.
